Report a lost bin, box or caddy
Using our service below, you can report a lost bin, glass recycling box or food waste caddy to us. We will deliver a replacement to you, within five working days 
We charge for replacement rubbish bins that have been lost.
However, if you have received a card through your letter box saying one of your bins was lost in our bin lorry, you do not need to do anything. We will deliver a free replacement bin to your home within five working days.
