Using our service below, you can ask us to swap your bin for a different size.
We will swap your bin within five working days.
Rubbish bins
We charge for replacement rubbish bins. We issue one 240-litre rubbish bin as standard. All new and replacement bins are this size, unless you ask us for a smaller 140 litre bin.
If you have special requirements, and after an audit of your rubbish, we may agree that you can have more than one bin.
Recycling bins
We issue one 240-litre recycling bin as standard. All new and replacement bins are this size, unless you ask us for a smaller 140 litre bin.
