Using our service below, you can ask us to swap your bin for a different size.
We will swap your bin within five working days.
Rubbish bins
We issue one 240-litre rubbish bin as standard. All new and replacement bins are this size, unless you ask us for a smaller 140 litre bin.
We may be able offer you a larger bin in exceptional circumstances. Please call our Customer Services team on 01252 398 399 if you are asking for a rubbish bin larger than 240 litres.
Recycling bins
There are three different sizes of recycling bin, so if you regularly have extra recycling and feel that your bin is not big enough, you can order a larger one from us below.
