Using our service below, you can request an extra recycling bin, glass recycling box or food waste caddy from us.
We will deliver this extra bin, box or caddy to you, within five working days.
Rubbish bins
We issue one 240-litre rubbish bin as standard. All new and replacement bins are this size, unless you ask us for a smaller 140 litre bin.
If you have a large family or exceptional circumstances, and after an audit of your rubbish, we may agree that you can have more than one bin. Please call our Customer Services team on 01252 398 399 if you are asking for an extra rubbish bin.
